There was a problem with the tile not being in stock. The seller contacted me by phone and email that day to inform me of the problem and I received the tile in a very timely fashion. The tile was packed so carefully that you could have dropped bricks on it and they wouldn't have broken. I was very pleased with this shopping experience.

I could tell they took great care in packing the product. The heavy (3500 lbs) tiles were delivered at my door step with not even a single tile broken - EXCELLENT !

We finally did our pool this year and was amazed at such great price and quality we found on your website. Not only the customer service is great the delivery times and the coordination with our builder was just perfect. The entire order was less than 2 truck loads but Mike was able to work closely with the freight carrier and the jobsite (GC) to get it delivered within 6 days. We got Pool coping, ledger stones, travertine pavers and also pool tiles. Mike gave us additional discount for being a "NICE CUSTOMER" :) - Will be coming back for mosaic and tile need soon.
